Hi, I am Ellen and I am a 34 year old proud Mancunian. I fell in love with craft beer when I spent 5 years living in Thailand, weird actually because it is actually illegal there!

I have since returned to England and immersed myself in beer ever since, educating myself on the brewing process and international beers…but mainly learning through the sampling of the incredible beer offerings in my incredible city. I have worked as a ‘jack of all trades’ at Seven Bro7hers Brewing Co. in Salford and am now employed as a beer educator and ambassador for Beavertown Brewery covering anywhere between Nottingham and Scotland.
I love people, beer and conversation so I adore hosting these tours and meeting brand new beer enthusiasts whenever I can!
