Large Group Policy
We’re thrilled that you’ve chosen to book a private tour with us. Please take a moment to
review our Large Group Policy and share it with your fellow guests.
While we know you’ll be a fantastic bunch, it’s essential to note that we collaborate with
venues that typically don’t cater large groups. As a result, we must maintain a level of
respect to make this celebration unforgettable in a positive way.
1) Please be aware that you have signed up for a beer-tasting experience, not a bar crawl!
2) No fancy dress and team t-shirts please.
3) No one wants to see signs of excess inebriation before or during the tour/tasting. Let’s keep it
classy and enjoy the tastings responsibly.
4) Always maintain a courteous and respectful demeanour toward other patrons, venue staff
and your guide.
5) Please avoid loud singing, shouting, or colourful language that might disrupt the ambiance
of our carefully chosen venues.
6) Arriving more than 15 minutes late might result in missing out on the fun. Your guide’s
mobile number will be provided, so keep in touch if you’re running late.
7) While we’re dedicated to making your event a blast, we reserve the right to conclude the
tour/tasting or refuse service if we feel it is necessary.
Deposit payments:
- Your booking is secured on receipt of your deposit.
- Deposits are non-refundable except in circumstances where we are unable to run the tour/tasting
- Deposit payments are redeemable against your final balance payment.
- Your final balance is due 14-days before your experience date – we will be in touch with you to confirm your final guest numbers and therefore your final payment amount.
- If you need to change your date/time of your booking, please get in touch with us at info@ramblingbeerco.com as soon as possible. Please note that a change of date/time may not be possible at short notice.

Look out for your final tour details email which will be sent out on the Friday before your tour.
Please make sure your contact details are correct and that we have your mobile number so we can inform you of any last minute changes.
Due to the ever changing nature of the businesses we visit we reserve the right to change the line-up of stops visited on the day and will always look to substitute any venue with an alternative stop or tasting where possible.
Tours inside the breweries are also subject to change if there are circumstances beyond our control.
Walking is involved so please be aware of this and dress in appropriate clothing for all weathers. This tour takes place all year around, so please be prepared.
This is an educational tour so all guests will be expected to behave appropriately.
Rights of admission may be refused by the tour guides/venues at any time and the tour guide’s decision is final.
