Booking Process:

1. Select your Experience using the Drop Down Menu.

2. Check Availability: Select your preferred date and time and click next.

3. Select your Guests Numbers: This can be an estimate – we will confirm your final guest numbers two weeks before your tour date, when we take your final payment. All our private tours are for a minimum of 10 guests, or equivalent payment, except our “Bespoke Beer Adventure”.

4. Fill Out Your Contact Details: If you have any special requests or dietary requirements, you can add them here in the booking notes. Please also let us know if there is a specific area of the city you’d like your experience to take place in.

5. Pay Your Deposit: Secure your booking by paying a £20 deposit via your credit or debit card. Please ensure you read our terms and conditions before you make payment.

6. Confirmation Email: Once your deposit payment is complete, we will email you to confirm your booking.

7. Finalise Details: Two weeks before your tour date, we will contact you to confirm guest numbers and the final payment amount.

8. Make Final Payment: After we have received your final payment, we will confirm the venue and provide you with your tour guide’s contact details.
